This kitchen featured vinyl flooring worn down to the wood
and a formica counter and backsplash.

|

This beautiful, inviting kitchen now includes new bruce hardwood
flooring, maple glaze cabinet, granite countertop, travertin
e backsplash, stainless steel appliances, bushed nickle hardware
on cabinets and granite windowsills that match countertop.

This is our brand new kitchen staged and ready to sell. |

Original unfinished and damaged room.

The same room after remodeling, but before staging.

This home was 110 years old. Soot, dirt and mud accompanied
chipped paint, old carpeting and crumbling walls.

|

We refinished the beautiful floors underneath, filled the
old coal fireplace with Italian marble, and lavished 4 coats
of paint on the shelves.

This bathroom originally featured a very basic sink and toilet,
Formica and foil wallpaper, stick-on laminate tile flooring
and the ceiling was caving in from water damage.

|

Our renovations seen here included installing genuine tile
floor, a double sink vanity with lots of storage, a narrower
window to increase the space of the room, unique undermount
porcelain sinks in rare rectangle shape, fixtures and lanterns
in brushed nickel blending the granite blue, black and silver
countertops, and new beadboard on top of the drywall.

Staging helps make this room even more brilliant. |
|

This room is a 3rd floor bedroom in an old Victorian home.
Originally this room had water damage, soot stains, no window
molding, and unfinished paint.

|

This photo shows the room transformed from remodeling.

|

Our vision for this room was an antique play room, in Victorian
style, to show off the potential for the space. This is the
room, staged to sell. |
