We would like to thank you and your team for a job very well done. Although our house was relatively nice, you put it over the top with your staging and feel you got our house sold. We started getting nervous since our house had been on the market for three months with no offers and the settlement on our new house looming. After staging we had an open house and were so happy to see showings pick up to about four or five per week on the average and offers also coming in. Some of the offers even requested the furniture that you picked out, with the deal. Our final two offers turned into a bidding battle and we accepted one of them less than one month after you staged the house. We believed in staging and we are glad that you were recommended to us by our realtor. Your designs are very classy and tasteful. That is why we decided to purchase the items you bought and rented, and that is why we want you to design the interior of our new house after we move. You did a fabulous job of staging the home. I can hardly believe it is the same home. The sellers are absolutely ecstatic, and they actually want to buy the furniture and use it at their new home. We got an offer less than a week later, and believe it or not, the buyers wanted to buy the furniture as well, as part of their offer. We wern't able to accept the offer, but no doubt, the staging made the difference.

What you did to the dining room made it look so much bigger. How you arranged the basement to look so fashionable and inviting is amazing. It looks more like a place for the family, rather than a pass through room. Your colors and update suggestions for the powder room make it "pop" and it no longer looks like an embarrassment compared to the updated kitchen. Now, the gray looks modern and cool, rather than out of date. I can't believe you did that, and it was so simple, the color combination and little things you did made all the difference.

I wish I was able on my own, to figure out the ingenious things you did to make the home look bigger -- but I guess that's why we hired you!! You really have a gift! By the way, did I tell you how many of the Realtors at the Broker's Open House wanted your card? They were amazed -- some of them had seen it in its pre-staging condition and were really impressed. I would recommend you to anyone wanting to get top dollar for their home.

I hired John to help my husband and I prepare our house for sale before we listed it. He consulted with us about our home and made quite a few minor changes to make our home more appealing to potential buyers. John also made a few suggestions, that if we would like to go a step further, to possibly make our house stand out from the others considering that the real estate market was in a lull.

We were apprehensive at first and decided to do only the minimal. John was so helpful, he actually helped us clean out the basement and attic. We found that this was the perfect opportunity to seriously sort thru and rid ourselves of the treasures (junk) that we had accumulated over the years. My husband and I decided to go the extra step and make some minor upgrades to our home to guarantee a quicker sale. When we were done there was such a feeling of accomplishment.
